Our Hands on the Land is based in the Food House at Rising Sun Farm.
The Food House has a classroom and meeting space for groups.
We've a kitchen where we work with school groups and run courses for the whole community.
Volunteers to help us sow, grow and harvest are always welcome.
Our produce stall is stocked with seasonal organic fruit and vegetables throughout the year.

Our Hands on the Land works to connect children, families and our community with the land as a source of food.
Visitors can experience sowing, growing and harvesting, as well as cooking and tasting and lots more. Come along and discover the pleasures of working on the land or pick up skills to help you grow and cook your own wholesome, healthy food.
